We met Nicole when my mom (Neva Boyd) passed and from the moment we walked into Deegan, Nicole was extremely helpful, professional, kind, and sensitive to our needs. She did everything with grace from picking out the casket and flowers to helping with the obituary and memorial program, pictures, and preparing mom for the viewing.
