Bernice Juanita Williams

Bernice Juanita Williams Page of Modesto was granted her angel wings on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, in Modesto, California.  Her final days were spent surrounded by her family.

Bernice “Juanita” was born in Salida, California, on July 25, 1937, to William “Dee” and Ruby Farris Page (Webb).  Juanita had eleven brothers and sisters.  She lived in Ripon for most of her life, and worked for over thirty years in the egg processing industry. 

Juanita is survived by her loving daughter Deborah Ann Macedo (Barrick) and son-in-law Daniel Macedo of Bakersfield, her loving son James Alexander “Alex” Williams of Modesto, loving sister Shirley Peace of Modesto, and loving brother Gilbert Page of Stockton. Loving grandchildren Jennifer Ferguson, Julie Macedo, Ashley Williams, Jacob Williams, Alicia Still, Justin Still, and Jared Still.  Loving Great-grandchildren Anthony and Shawna Halstead, Jackson Williamson, and Evan Ferguson.  And, loving former daughter-in-law Julie Williams of Modesto.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents Dee and Ruby Page, husband James O. Williams, sisters Darlene Blair, Mauzel Boger, Hattie Marx, Lorene Spence, Francis Carter, Marylin Choate, and, brothers Robert, Asey, and Melvin Page.

Juanita loved her children and grandchildren so very much.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Deegan-Ripon Memorial Chapel, 111 Palm Avenue, Ripon.  Graveside services and interment to immediately follow at 12:00 Noon, Ripon Cemetery, 320 N.
