Celiflora Ramírez Trejo, residente de Escalón, California durante más de cinco décadas, falleció el 14 de abril de 2024 a la edad de 74 años en Doctor's Medical Center, en Modesto.

Nacida el 9 de enero de 1950 en Hidalgo, México, en un pequeño ranchito conocido como Tenguedho, era hija de Agustina Trejo Ramírez y Joaquín Reséndiz Ramírez.

Celiflora estuvo casada con Aureliano Trejo durante 54 años y fue madre de cuatro hijos, Lilia Bacon (David), Eliza Trejo-Recinos (Francisco), Olivia Trejo, y Alonzo Trejo (Araseli), y abuela de siete nietos, Nicholas Bacon, Kaidence Trejo, Sebastián Recinos, Richmond Bacon, Tristan Recinos, Ian Trejo y Lucas Trejo.

Se retiró en 2013 de Escalón Premier Brands, donde trabajó durante 40 años. Su última posición allí fue como Batch Pan Operator. En el 2016, su esposo tuvo un accidente en donde quedó parapléjico y ella se convirtió en su devota cuidadora a tiempo completo hasta el último día de su vida.

Celiflora fue una gran señora, cariñosa, fuerte y valiente. A pesar de su reciente diagnóstico de Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, siempre lograba tener una sonrisa en su rostro. Celiflora adoraba ser abuela, madre y esposa. Su amor, consejos y oraciones por su familia siempre estuvieron presentes. Ella pasaba las tardes cuidando sus flores que tanto le gustaban y apreciaba sus momentos con su familia.

A Celiflora le sobreviven su esposo e hijos, y sus hermanas, Alberica Ramírez, Odilia Ramírez, hermanos Rutilio Ramírez, Graciano Ramírez, y fue precedida en la muerte por su madre Agustina Trejo, su padre Joaquín Ramírez y su hermano Inocencio Ramírez. Celiflora será profundamente extrañada por su familia, amigos y todos los que la conocieron, pero su legado de fortaleza, amor y resiliencia continuará inspirando a esas vidas que tocó.

Se llevará a cabo un Rosario el 24 de abril de 2024 en la Deegan Funeral Chapel ubicada en 1441 San Joaquín St. en Escalón a las 6 p.m. (velorio empieza a las 4 p.m.). El 25 de abril de 2024, la Misa, seguida de su entierro, se llevará a cabo en la Iglesia de St. Patrick’s ubicada en 19399 East State Hwy 120 en Ripon a las 10:00 a.m.

Celiflora Ramirez Trejo, a resident of Escalon, California for over five decades, passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 74 at Doctor’s Medical Center, in Modesto.

Born on January 9, 1950, in Hidalgo, Mexico, in a small village known as Tenguedho, she was the daughter of Agustina Trejo Ramírez and Joaquín Reséndiz Ramírez.

Celiflora was married to Aureliano Trejo for 54 years and was the mother of four children, Lilia Bacon (David), Eliza Trejo-Recinos (Francisco), Olivia Trejo, and Alonzo Trejo (Araseli) and grandmother to seven grandsons, Nicholas Bacon, Kaidence Trejo, Sebastian Recinos, Richmond Bacon, Tristan Recinos, Ian Trejo, and Lucas Trejo.

She retired in 2013 from Escalon Premier Brands where she worked for 40 years. Her last role there was as a Batch Pan Operator. In 2016 her husband became a paraplegic, and she became his devoted, fulltime caregiver until the last day of her life.

Celiflora was a loving, strong and courageous woman. Despite her recent diagnosis of low grade, Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, she always managed to have a smile on her face. Celiflora cherished her roles as a grandmother, mother, and wife. Her love, advice, and prayers for her children and grandchildren were always present. She spent her evenings tending to her beloved flowers and treasured her moments with her family. Despite her doctors' assurances of a long and normal life, her health suddenly took a turn, and she was called to be with God unexpectedly.

Celiflora is survived by her husband and children above, and her sisters, Alberica Ramirez, Odilia Ramirez, brothers Rutilio Ramirez, Graciano Ramirez, and was preceded in death by her mother Agustina Trejo, her father Joaquin Ramirez, and her Brother Inocencio Ramirez. Celiflora will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her, but her legacy of strength, love, and resilience will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.

A Rosary will be held on April 24, 2024, at Deegan Funeral Chapel located at 1441 San Joaquin St. in Escalon at 6 p.m. and on April 25, 2024, the Funeral Mass followed by her burial will take place at St. Patrick’s Church located at 19399 East State Hwy 120 in Ripon at 10:00 a.m.
