Joana Vazquez

Joana Vazquez passed away October 21, 2019 at the age of 18, a beautiful soul taken too soon. Joana was born August 29, 2001 in Turlock, CA. She loved animals, especially her dogs “Princess” and “Choco” and her cats “Concho” and “Rosita”. Joana enjoyed spending time at home with her family, whom she loved very much. She was a very respectful young lady. She enjoyed cleaning the house and making sure everything was neat and tidy. She was very outgoing and made friends very quickly. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She loved being a cheerleader and enjoyed playing sports, but her studies came first! Joana’s dream was to attend college at California State University Stanislaus in Turlock and obtaining a degree in Psychology.

Joana is survived by her parents; Francisco and Ana Sanchez, brother; Javier and sister; Emmailyn. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. The memories that were made will be cherished for a lifetime.

Deegan Funeral Chapel is honored to serve the Vazquez and Sanchez family. Services will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with a viewing on Tuesday, Oct. 29th from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Rosary at 7:00 pm.
