Judy Lynne Anderson

     Judy Anderson 63, a longtime resident of Manteca, passed away peacefully at her home on October 28. She was surrounded by family and friends at the time of death.
     Judy was born on November 2, 1955 to James and Christine Powdrill. She was a lifelong resident of Manteca, where she raised her family. She retired from San Joaquin County after working as an Administrative Assistant for Public Health. Judy enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She was a special person and touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her family and friends will truly miss her kind spirit and loving heart.
     Judy is survived by her three daughters and their families:  Wendy Anderson and her partner Steve Chilimidos; Emily and Victor Fettke, and two grandsons Edison and Kian; Amber and David Nydam, granddaughter Cienna and grandson Maxson. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Gary.
     Judy (Mom), you will forever be loved and remembered. We are grateful for the time we had with you, and how much we all learned from having you in our lives. May you rest in peace. Heaven has a new Angel.
     A memorial service is scheduled for 12 noon on Wednesday November 6 at Deegan Funeral Chapel in Ripon. A reception will follow.
