Lillian Ritchey

Lillian Ellen Genseal-Ritchey peacefully passed away in the presence of her loving husband and family April 26, 2022 at the age of 88 in Modesto, CA. Lillian was born December 17, 1934 to parents Almon and Mary Johnson in San Jose, CA. Lillian had a wonderful life with her beloved husband, Don Ritchey. They had the kind of love and relationship most dream of having. Her love for antique cars, traveling, entertaining and gourmet cooking was second only to her love for Don. Nobody had a better life than Lillian had with Don. They loved and respected each other, a vow that was never broken. There beautiful life was full of love and laughs, good times and great times. True love, until they meet again. 
Lillian is survived by her loving husband, Don Ritchey; her children, Patrick (Peggy) Genseal of Warrensburg, Missouri and Michael (Rhonda) Genseal of Escalon, CA; grandchildren, Christopher Genseal, Kimberly Kuzak and Jennifer Genseal and 1 great-granddaughter. She is also survived by her brother, Richard Johnson of Turlock, CA. She is preceded in death by her first husband, John Genseal who passed in 1978 and her brother, Robert Johnson.
Deegan Funeral Chapel is honored to serve the Ritchey family. A viewing will be held Monday, May 2, 2022 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Deegan Funeral Chapel, 1441 San Joaquin St., Escalon, Ca 95320. Chapel service will be Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Graveside service at Burwood Cemetery, 28320 East River Road, Escalon, Ca 95320.
