Luis Manuel Vargas, Sr. passed away suddenly on August 22, 2023 at the age of 39. Services for Luis are as follows:

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel with a vigil service beginning at 6:00 PM.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church in Modesto followed by interment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Menlo Park, California.
