Neeltje Weststeyn

Neeltje Weststeyn, 87, entered into rest on January 8, 2018 in Linden, California. She was born on May 18, 1930 in Holland to her parents Jakob and Aafje Bakker. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Peter Joost Weststeyn. Neeltje leaves behind her children Ava Goedhart (Gilbert) of Orland, Bert Weststeyn (Cheryl) of Linden, Jake Weststeyn(Gladys) of Willows, Jo Ann Kasper (Tom) of Idaho, Richard Weststeyn (Donna) of Oregon, her 26 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and her brother Gerrit Bakker of Elst, The Netherlands.

Neeltje was a faithful loving wife, mother and “Oma”. She loved Jesus as her Savior and now joins him in Heaven. She will be missed deeply.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 10am at Ripon Cemetery, 102 South Stockton Avenue in Ripon, followed by a Memorial Service at 11am at Calvary Reformed Church, 741 2nd Street in Ripon.
