Sandra M Hardenbrook

Sandra Mae Hardenbrook, 79,  passed away peacefully on July 12, 2021 in Modesto.  Sandra was born on March 5, 1942 to her late parents, Rex and Evelene Freeman.  Sandra spent the last five years of her life in Ripon but was previously a lifelong resident of Modesto. 

Sandra worked briefly for Modesto State Hospital and spent several years working for Modesto City Schools.  She enjoyed cooking and learning new recipes.  She attended church at Ripon Free Methodist Church where she made lasting friendships.  Above all else, Sandra loved her family and the “love of her life” her husband, Dwayne.  She will be remembered for her unfailing loyalty to her family and her unending patience which truly made her irreplaceable. 

Sandra leaves behind her children, Mick Hardenbrook (Cindy), Sheryl Lindbeck (Pete) and Jeff Hardenbrook (Betty Jo), along with 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Sandra also leaves behind her sisters, Susan Cooper (Steve) and Sally Byrd (George).  Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Dwayne Hardenbrook and her brother, Rex Freeman. 

Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel is honored to serve the Hardenbrook family.  Funeral services will be held privately.  Please consider donations in Sandra’s memory to the Ripon Free Methodist Church.
