Thomas Frank Hagan

Thomas, beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather, entered into eternity on November 20, 2017 in Escalon, CA.  His loving wife, Betty, of 67 years and his parents, Ella and Frank Hagan, preceded him in death.

Tom was born in Lewiston, Montana.  He was a resident and an integral part of the community of Escalon for 67 years.  He was a long time member of the Escalon Presbyterian Church, practiced Veterinary Medicine both large and small animals over many years, served on the City Council, charter member of Kiwanis and developed the Escalon Golf Course.  He loved his little town of Escalon.

Tom was dedicated to his family and is survived by his five children, Carol Adams, Joan Prokes, Shirley Dornan, Frank Hagan and Lorie Macsenti, also leaving behind 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Tom was a rare gem.  He loved his family, living a life of integrity, kindness and influence.  All who knew him were better because of it.  He was both principled, practical, always holding true to and living his Christian faith, while respecting others.  ONE OF A KIND!

Deegan Funeral Chapel is honored to serve the Hagan family.  A celebration of his life will be held on December 9th at 11:00 AM at the Escalon Presbyterian Church, burial will be private.
