Thomas Lynn Moye

Thomas Lynn Moye, 67, passed away, April 1, 2021 in Modesto. Tom was born, July 2, 1953 in Modesto. We are all saddened by the loss of our dear son, brother, dad, grandfather and partner, Tom Moye. He was a loyal friend to so many. Tom was raised in Patterson and Sonora and grew up farming apricots and eventually almonds. He was a high school athlete at Sonora High and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He and his partner, Donna, lived the last 30 plus years in Escalon where they raised their son, John. Tom spent many mornings at the local coffee shops and made numerous friends.

Tom is survived by his partner, Donna Moye of Escalon; son, John Moye of Escalon; daughter, Kristina McLaughlin of Sonora; brother’s, Jeff Moye of Ripon and Steve Moye of Atascadero and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles and brother, Gerald. Tom will be greatly missed, but we know that he is now in good hands.
