William Evans

William Evans passed away peacefully on January 31, 2021 in Modesto, CA at the age of 94.  William was born on February 11, 1926 to parents, Ralph and Jennie Evans in Westwood, Massachusetts.  William has been a resident of Modesto for the past 7 years. 

William proudly served in the US Navy.  After being discharged, William worked as a airline mechanic for over 30 years.  William is preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Frances Evans and his second wife, Patricia Evans.  William is survived by his son, Ronald J. Evans.

Deegan Funeral Chapel is honored to serve the Evans family.  A funeral mass is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb 10th at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Escalon followed by a committal service at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward
