Robin Dale Atkerson

Robin was born March 29, 1956 in French Camp, California to her parents, Henry David Cullum from Farmersville, Texas and Edythe Evangeline Deering of St. Paul, Minnesota. Robin is survived by her son, Scott Joseph Atkerson and wife Angela of Milwaukie, Oregon as well 3 grandchildren...Kelsey, Seth and Jacob and 2 great grandchildren...Cameron and June. She was the youngest child of Henry and Edythe with 7 older siblings. Her siblings included Donald Cullum (Clydene) of Hayward, California. David Cullum of Modesto who passed away in 1999 in Turlock, California, Janie Cullum Correia (Manuel) of Turlock, Jeffery Cullum (Beverly) of Turlock,  Jonathan Cullum (Diane) of Castro Valley, Kevin Cullum (MaryJane) of Denair and Patrick Cullum of The Modesto area. Robin was 60 years young. She resided in Stanislaus County in Modesto most of her life. Robin loved nature and being outdoors. She enjoyed camping in the Sierra Nevadas at Spring Gap and her family and friends. Robin was an animal lover of all kinds but she loved her Schnauzer Taz. A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday October 8, 2016 in Ripon, California at Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel at 11am. Following the service there will be a luncheon. Directions will be available at the service. Please come remember Robin and share stories with friends and family. The family would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Sutter Care at Home and also Memorial Hospital for showing such compassion to our loved one, Robin. She will be missed greatly and never forgotten. Donations can be made to the local SPCA in Robin's name.
