His downtime consisted of fishing at the lake and camping in the mountains for weeks at a time. Al was an active member of the Oakdale Saddle Club for many years where he helped host events and established life-long friendships. His life experiences created stories for any situation and he loved telling them to anyone who needed a good laugh.
Al passed away on Tuesday, March 7th. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be deeply missed. He is proceeded in death by his mother and father, Alfred and Fey Traphagan, as well as his sons, Troy and Jason Traphagan.
